Delivering meaningful insight for B&O

 

Luxury audio and home entertainment brand Bang & Olufsen wanted to better understand their audience in the China market. They needed a tool that could offer both quantitative and qualitative analysis of their potential audiences.

Using Hot Pot's proprietary WeChat Insight Tool, we were able to deliver monthly surveys to 250 respondents. Through questioning, asking participants to complete tasks and deep analysis, we were able to uncover key insights that helped shape the brands marketing and product development.
