Understanding the potential of new audiences for Rituals

 

Premium cosmetics brand Rituals wanted to get a deeper consumer understanding of a growing audience in China. They needed a tool that could offer both quantitative and qualitative analysis of their potential audiences.

Using Hot Pot's proprietary WeChat Insight Tool, we were able to deliver monthly surveys to 250 members of their target audience. Through questioning, asking participants to complete tasks and deep analysis, we were able to uncover key insights that helped shape the brands marketing and product development. Critically, we were able to help the brand understand the potential of expanding their audience criteria and launching on new platforms to connect with those consumers.
