From 28 March to 6 April 2025, the Gucci Bamboo: Decoding an Icon exhibition showcased the iconic bag's origins, craftsmanship and cultural significance in the Villa across seven themed rooms and two immersive spaces, using 7,200 bamboo stems to build an installation that felt at once tactile, symbolic and forward-looking.
